I have experienced so many things at ELMET and always had the feeling that my work is appreciated and I am respected as a human being. Therefore, I like working at ELMET.
ELMET is a very socialy acting employer and offers its employees many services like quarterly company parties or even corporate trips to Mallorca or Barcelona. Furthermore ELMET pays half the cost for lunch, which is gratefully accepted by a majority of the employees.
The managers, up to top management, are always open to concerns of the employees and the different aspects in my work are always challenging. Each project is unique and I get an insight in all industries.
Since 2007 I have beeing workting with ELMET and since then I had contact with many different departments. This makes my work varied and exciting.
I like our working atmosphere. The is great cooperation within our department, including my boss, who took care to install our new office.

I like working at ELMET because there is an excellent working atmosphere in the company. Again and again, new challenges are posed to us and thus the working life is not monotonous.
