What is the SMARTsupport Hub?

The SMARTsupport Hub is a smart service solution from ELMET that ensures maximum plant availability. It enables a secure remote connection through which ELMET technicians can access the dosing system directly when needed—for fast and targeted assistance without waiting times or travel costs.

What are the advantages of the SMARTsupport Hub?

How does the connection work?

The connection is not made via the company network, but completely independently via a mobile data connection (eSIM/SIM). This means that the IT infrastructure remains untouched and the customer retains full control over their data at all times.

Is the connection secure?

Yes. Remote access is only possible if the operator actively connects the SMARTsupport Hub. Without an active connection, there is no access.

Are updates performed automatically?

Yes. Software updates can be installed “over-the-air” by ELMET technicians as needed, but only with your consent and agreement, of course.

How long is the contract valid for?

The contract term is 12 months from delivery of the SMARTsupport Hub.

What happens after the 12 months?

The data connection ends automatically after 12 months. Our customer service team will contact you in good time to discuss renewal.

Do I have to take care of the renewal myself?

No. We take care of everything and will remind you in good time.

Are there any hidden subscriptions?

No. Everything is transparent. No hidden costs.
